Backpack Blessing (8:15, 9:30 and 11am)
Children are asked to bring in their new school backpacks for a special back to school blessing in the sanctuary.Parents, please bring your school-age children with you to the service on August 29th.They will be escorted out at the end of this special program by their teachers and brought to their new classrooms.You may pick up your child at the end of service.
First Grade Bible Presentation (8:15, 9:30 and 11am)
All children entering 1st grade will be presented with a Bible during the Backpack Blessing in service.This is a special way to celebrate your child’s transition from the Preschool Ministry.Please obtain a form from the children’s information desk or from your child’s kindergarten teacher.
